Ilona Koziol is a remarkable single mother of two boys, an accomplished real estate developer, and a passionate advocate for community development.  Ilona specializes in raising private funds for development projects that prioritize the needs of local communities.  She co-founded a thriving Facebook group that has rapidly grown to a staggering 38.4k members, consisting of moms from all over the GTA. This vibrant online community has become a powerful platform for sharing resources, offering support, and fostering meaningful connections among mothers in the region.

She was Inspired by her sons' love for basketball and had a desire to address the shortage of courts in the city, Ilona has taken on an ambitious endeavour. She is currently spearheading an initiative to create basketball courts in various neighbourhoods throughout the province. Recognizing the immense impact that sports can have on the lives of children and communities, Ilona’s vision is to enrich the lives of countless young individuals and foster a sense of unity and belonging.

Ilona is a multi-faceted Real Estate Professional. After leaving the corporate world in 2020, she dedicated her energy into pursuing a full time career in real estate investing. She co-founded a real estate development firm called REDI Developments, acquired 6 development projects and raised over $7M of investor capital all in under 24 months. She is now focused on providing passive investment opportunities to others via land development and secured lending.
